Is it time for front suspension upgrades?

My 2017 GW (GL1800) doesn't feel so smooth when going over bumps and even minor potholes on the road. I took it to the dealer last week and he fixed something at the front suspension but now the problem is back! It would make a strange noise and a bad jump when passing on a manhole cover! Has anyone ran into the same problem? How did you fix it? Maybe it's time for me to make an upgrade.. I don't know.

The GW is supposed to glide, not jump. That's too bad. It might be that the shocks are already super worn? Or the bushings? Or both? Had this problem with my car so that's what I think you should check.
