suspension modification without spending $ 2-3k

hi guys. recently i have become a proud owner of a 2002 Goldwing. I LOVE THE BIKE but i have some issues especially the front fork being very bouncy and in general the whole bike, transfers all the road imperfection through the frame. Any suggestions would me appreciated!!!

Could be anti dive valve,there on here about anti dive.also left front shock could be locked.i think there will be commenting soon
